Boys High School Volleyball Leagues (Ages 14–17)

The High School Recreational and Competitive Volleyball Leagues are designed for athletes ages 14–17 who are looking to compete, elevate their skills, and prepare for the next level of play. This 8-week program combines structured training with competitive match play, helping athletes develop both individually and as part of a team.

Players will gain valuable game experience while continuing to refine the technical skills, strategies, and decision-making needed for success on the court. The program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, communication, leadership, and volleyball IQ in a positive yet competitive environment.

Athletes Will Focus On:

• Advanced serving, passing, setting, and attacking techniques
• Defensive systems and court positioning
• Offensive strategies and team rotations
• Communication and leadership skills
• Reading the game and making quicker decisions
• Competitive match play and teamwork
• Building consistency, confidence, and mental toughness

Each session includes organized league play designed to challenge athletes and support continued growth throughout the season.

Wednesdays: 7:30PM – 9:30 PM
