Middle School Volleyball League

The Middle School League is designed for athletes grades 5-8 who want to learn, compete, and enjoy the game in a fun, supportive environment. This league focuses on building confidence, developing skills, and creating a positive team experience for young athletes.

Players will participate in organized league play while continuing to improve their fundamentals and overall understanding of the game. The program emphasizes player development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun while competing.

Athletes Will Focus On:

• Fundamental skill development and proper technique

• Improving coordination, movement, and game awareness

• Teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship

• Basic offensive and defensive concepts

• Building confidence through practice and competition

• Learning game rules, strategies, and situational play

• Creating a positive and encouraging team environment

Each session combines skill instruction, drills, and competitive gameplay to help athletes progress at their own pace while preparing for future levels of competition.

Program Details

Schedule: Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Dates: 11/5-12/17

*Please note there will be no classes/leagues the week of Thanksgiving*
