GLAX-POWER HOUR:
Develop all aspects of your game! Focus on stick skills, dodging, shooting and attacking and defensive techniques for the middle and high school player looking to advance her skillset and game IQ.
Drills for developing skills, decision making under pressure and game play will all be implemented in this 4-week session.
Dates: Mondays, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23
Times: 7:00-8:00 pm
Grades: 7th-12th grade Girls
