Centercourt Intro to Volleyball (Mondays)

Grades 1–4 | Centercourt Lawrence

Build Skills. Grow Confidence. Fall in Love with Volleyball!

Our Centercourt Intro to Volleyball Program is designed for athletes in grades 1–4 and welcomes players of all skill levels. Whether your athlete is picking up a volleyball for the first time or beginning to develop their game, this program provides a fun, supportive environment to learn and grow.

Athletes will rotate through age-appropriate drills, exercises, and simulated gameplay while developing fundamental volleyball skills, coordination, movement, strength, and conditioning. Our progressive approach supports long-term athlete development, helping players build a strong foundation and advance as their skills grow.

With a focus on individual development, teamwork, and community, athletes will gain confidence both on and off the court!
