Build a strong foundation in this 8-week academy designed for intermediate setters and middle hitters. Athletes will develop setting technique, hand positioning, footwork, and decision-making, alongside middle hitter timing, attacking mechanics, blocking fundamentals, and net awareness. Small-group instruction and engaging, purposeful drills help players build confidence and enjoy the process of getting better.

Perfect for recreational and club athletes ready to sharpen their skills, explore their potential, and make a bigger impact on the court.
