Middle School Performance Academy (Grades 5-8)

The Performance Academy is designed for athletes who are ready to take their volleyball skills to the next level. This developmental training program focuses on advanced skill acquisition, technical refinement, and game awareness in a competitive yet supportive environment. Whether athletes are preparing for school volleyball, club tryouts, or simply looking to improve their overall performance, this camp provides the training and coaching needed to accelerate development.

Participants will receive high-quality instruction from experienced coaches while engaging in drills that emphasize proper technique, consistency, and decision-making. Training sessions are structured to maximize repetitions and encourage athletes to challenge themselves while building confidence on the court.

Program Focus:

•Advanced passing and ball control techniques

•Serving accuracy, consistency, and strategy

•Setting fundamentals and offensive development

•Attacking mechanics and shot selection

•Defensive positioning and court awareness

•Blocking fundamentals and transition play

•Volleyball-specific footwork, agility, and movement

•Team communication and leadership skills

•Game strategy and volleyball IQ development

•Competitive drills and game-like scenarios

Training Environment:

Athletes will participate in a variety of skill-focused drills, small-group training, and competitive play designed to improve both individual performance and team concepts. Coaches will provide personalized feedback to help players identify strengths and areas for growth while encouraging a strong work ethic and positive mindset.

Thursdays: 4:45PM - 6:00pm
