Adult Volleyball Clinic-Beginner & Intermediate

This adult training clinic is designed for players of all experience levels—from beginners learning the fundamentals to intermediate athletes looking to refine their skills and overall consistency. Sessions will focus on ball control, passing, setting, serving over the net, attacking mechanics, and understanding game strategy, while incorporating volleyball-specific conditioning to help players build confidence and endurance.

Intermediate players will work on improving consistency, skill execution, and game awareness, while beginners will focus on developing strong fundamentals in a supportive learning environment. Each 1 hour session will conclude with a short scrimmage to apply skills in live play.

A low-impact option is available for athletes who may be limited with jumping or diving. Players may also use a U12 volleyball for added comfort on the forearms.
