Intermediate Skills Instruction & Gameplay- This program is designed for athletes who have a strong foundation in the fundamentals and are ready to take the next step by applying their skills in game-play situations. Training will focus on transition skills, blocking, floor defense, and serve receive, while continuing to strengthen core techniques through targeted drills. Sessions emphasize transferring these skills into structured gameplay, helping athletes build confidence, improve decision-making, and deepen their understanding of the game.

Mondays - 12/01-02/23

Thursdays - 12/04-02/26

Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm

Cost:

Mondays OR Thursdays: $300
