Join us for a one-hour instructional program that focuses on the fundamentals of field hockey. Players will focus on basic knowledge of the game while improving stick skills through small-sided games and drills in a fun, positive environment.

Sessions will be run in the indoor turf building.

Proper equipment required: stick, shin guards and mouth guard.
