Calling all athletes looking to take their development to the next level! Join our six-week Advanced All Skills Clinic. Whether you are a Quarterback, Wide Receiver, Defensive Back or Lineman, these clinics are for you. All players will fine tune techniques such as stance, hand/body placement and first step. They will also learn position-specific fundamentals and perfect situational drills (football IQ/awareness). Sessions will also include speed and conditioning including ground base footwork (ladders, cones, hurdles), plyometric floor foot speed/quickness and high intensity resistance speed training.
