SPEED AND AGILITY Training with Stickwork skills:

A unique offering for Girls lacrosse players who are motivated to improve their game. This 90 min training session will include 45 min of dynamic speed and agility (training by Centercourt's specialized trainer, Blake Swan) followed by intensive stickwork drills. Blake is a certified strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years of experience working with competitive athletes. Explosive speed and consistent stick work are a perfect recipe for an elite player, and we are combining both of these into one program. 

This program will help you with:

• Improved movement, power, and quicknessPrevent injury

• Faster communication between brain and muscles

• Increased mobility and joint stability

• prevent injury

• stronger, more confident stick skills

• power and accuracy of shooting skills

**Players MUST HAVE experience and be comfortable with throwing, catching and cradling.

**The 6-week class will be capped at no more than 24 players

Dates: Thursdays- 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 and 11/6

Times: 6:00-7:30 pm

Grades: 5th-12th grade
