Although being a great one-on-one defenseman is vital to your success on the lacrosse field, what sets them apart is their ability to finish plays on the defensive end of the field and creating plays when they get down to the offensive end. Our defensive boot camp will not only focus on footwork and positional defense, but will also put players through ground ball and stick work drills to ensure they can finish a great defensive play.
