Defensemen and Attackmen will develop their skills and unlock the secrets to cripple their opponents just through their footwork and how they position themselves. Working with our very own Joseph Moore and Kylie Newman, two highly-developed collegiate lacrosse players, players will be put through high-repetition situation and footwork drills designed to make players quicker and more elusive.
