Arm Care/Velo Program Winter 2026

This program is for players 13 and up. This is a great preseason build up for pitchers and positions players to get properly prepared for the spring. Workouts are designed to help prepare players on how to take care of their body and arms. We will be focused more on arm speed, arm care, strength/ flexibility, and routines. This is a twice a week program for to prepare for upcoming season

Dates: Mondays & Thursdays Jan 5th - February 26th

Ages: 12 and up

Times: 8:30PM-9:30 PM

Cost: $425 per player
